King of all slimming foods, seaweed is low in calories, really filling and good for digestive transit.
The best known food products include agar-agar, a jelly made from seaweed which acts like gelatine, wakami seaweed which you can eat in salads or in soups, konbu which is used dried in broths, nori which is what is used to wrap sushi, and maki.
